round seven - killer post

[Once again, you awaken in your host's body at some point during the night. While the innocents in your room continue sleeping deeply, you head out into the hallway and enter the darkened room.
No other spirits gather with you; tonight, you're own. But that's fine, isn't it? The others were just holding you back. Of course you'd be the last one standing - you were the strongest out of them. And now, you're really going to show them something fun.
When you're ready, the boxes and lighter in the center of the room await. Who will be the next victim?]
(OOC: As a reminder, the rules and submission post for killers can be found here!)
Protection + Vulnerability List
However, everything in this place must come at a price. For every person the cat grants protection to, it takes away from someone else. You know these names as well - if you kill someone who's been left vulnerable, you'll become a lot stronger should they fail to execute you.]

Now, to kill somebody who can fight, or to kill somebody who could resolve my host's guilt... [He continues to muse out loud to himself. THIS IS NORMAL.]
Mai might prove to make things worse for him, but her throwing knives are a threat no matter how much distance I put between us. On the other hand, Harriet might be helpful in curing his guilt. Khh...
[Not an easy choice. But if Harriet dies, that other Malik might complicate things. What if they mistake him for the spirit and try to kill him right away? He can't risk it.]
Hehehee... I think I'd like to see Ty Lee cry. Maybe it'll distress her enough to distract from solving Malik's guilt. Wouldn't that be nice?
[So it's decided then.]
