Contact: Plurk is preferred. All contact information will be kept private. Please note: while having a plurk is not required, a significant amount of OOC discussion will take place there. There will be a mod plurk account which you do not need to friend but are encouraged to follow and comment to.
Were you in Hunters’ Game or Murder Manor? If so, please list who you played.
Second character? While we do accept second characters, we will not be considering them until all first characters have been processed. If this is an app for a second character, please put SECOND PRIORITY in the header.
I have read the rules and understand the activity requirements: This is a game with complex rules that will hinge on players understanding those rules and committing to a high standard of activity. We expect players to tag regularly throughout the week and actively participate. Please only respond in the affirmative to this question if you have carefully read all the rules and have seriously considered whether you can commit to the game.

Canon:
Age:
(Brief) Canon Description Please briefly describe your canon. A few sentences or a link to a wiki page will suffice. If you have a past application for this character, a link to that would be helpful as well, but is not required.
Personality/Background We want just a really brief description. Assume we aren't canon familiar and want to get the gist of your character and their history with a quick review. Please don't write a super long thing; more than a couple paragraphs is too much. This is for our information, not to evaluate you.
Entry Fee Upon arriving in the game, characters will discover that they have lost something important to them. This can be anything - a power, a memory, a precious item, a skill, etc - as long as it's something that holds significant value to your character that they would notice once it's gone missing. Please describe here what it is that has been taken away and why your character would find it important.
Skills Please describe any special skills or abilities (supernatural or otherwise – being a trained detective, having medical training, or even being a good cook are some examples of skillsets). While powers will for the most part not be removed or limited, save for those lost as an entry fee, we may nerf any abilities we find too game-breaking such as telepathy.
Items Your characters will arrive with their clothes and whatever items they would naturally have on them. Please describe what this would be. If the item is something your character would naturally have with them most of the time, it can come. Otherwise, you should not include it.
Guilt or regrets This is an important section. Many characters arriving here have some sort of guilt or regret in their past, even if it is minor. The guilt can be based on something they did, failed to do, or feel a sense of responsibility for. It is perfectly okay for your character to be wrong about the source of guilt or be blaming themselves too heavily, but it is important that this exists.
Please describe this in detail - the circumstances, your character's feelings about it, and, if applicable, how the circumstances have affected their lives. It is okay to use headcanon, but please go into detail!
If your character isn't the type to feel guilty about anything, you can list any past crimes or atrocious acts they've committed instead.
Plot Involvement A few characters may be chosen to help us with some special roles. These players are expected to be involved in the game, and to be able, at a certain point in the game, help us with something that will require pretty significant plot involvement. It's okay to sign up for us even if you know you won't be around every week, but we want to know which players are willing to take on a little extra involvement.
