round six - killers

[Once again, you awaken in your host's body at some point during the night. While the innocents in your room continue sleeping deeply, you head out into the hallway and enter the darkened room, where your fellow spirits are already gathering.
Only two of you remain. On the bright side, one of your biggest physical threats has been eliminated - while the odds are starting to look slim, if you play your cards right, you still may be able to get out of here with your shadows intact. There's no rule that says you can't kill anyone after you've been discovered, after all.
When you're ready, the boxes and lighter in the center of the room await. Who will be the next victim?]

However, everything in this place must come at a price. For every person the cat grants protection to, it takes away from someone else. You know these names as well - if you kill someone who's been left vulnerable, you'll become a lot stronger should they fail to execute you.]

now in the right spot wow...
...Isn't that lucky? Serena is one of the vulnerable this week. I almost wish Ty Lee was, though; that ability of hers is a pain. [even if it doesn't affect his host's body nearly as long as it does a human, whoops. EXTENSIVELY FAST HEALING SURE IS A BONUS.]
no subject
Then let's go for Serena. She's helpful and those monsters can be used against us.
no subject
Still, for all of the trouble that they've been causing us, even the extra deaths don't seem like enough punishment, right?
no subject
[He pulls his lip back in a sneer.]
no subject
It's going to be difficult deterring them at this point... [and then, thoughtfully:] Are you up for a little extra work?
no subject
[But he's intrigued and looks curious at that suggestion.] Keh... What did you have in mind?
no subject
but, for that!!]
I don't think that anything we do will be as personally effective as Athena-san's necklace, but we could make things a little more difficult for them. Throw the weapons in the lake, ruin the medical supplies that they have left... Something like that. Do you have any suggestions?
no subject
We should leave them some motivational messages. If we have the time... We can't be seen, so we can only work at night. The weapons and medical supplies should be our first goal.
no subject
Perhaps we should just pick one room for now, though, unless you would rather tackle two separately.
no subject
Do we want to hamper their ability to fight, or their ability to heal after they've already don? If they know that they can't patch themselves up afterward it might stop them from fighting at all. Huhuhu... I'm sure we can find a way to make sure they know that much.
And once they're frightened out of attacking, it gives us some extra time.
no subject
at that, he looks thoughtful.] It's a good point... Hm. [he holds up a hand, counting off on his fingers.] Serena is the biggest threat, I think. Of those left, Ema, Maya, Ritsu and Klavier are likely the smallest threats. Even with a weapon, I don't think any of them would be able to manage a decent fight, right? And then there's Athena- [his expression grows a little sour upon mention of her name] -who would be able to put up more of one, but not by much.
Iceland and Norway have the same sturdiness that Austria had, and Norway has extensive knowledge on weapons. Yuyuko's profile mentioned spell cards, didn't it? That might be trouble later, but it's something she doesn't need a weapon for, nor was she very good at wielding one when my host saw her earlier. Ty Lee and Mai have their own... What about Harriet? Do you know whether or not she would keep a sword on her? If we only have to worry about two, possibly three people, then I would say that the clinic is our better choice.
no subject
[He frowns, remembering his hosts cowardice.] But she seems to used it more to defend the others than to outright fight us. Norway and Iceland look like the only ones who would actually take something from that room.
Huhu... [And then he's smirking again in that delirious way he does.] And then there's my host. But as you know, he already ruined his chances at wielding anything against us.
no subject
That's a shame for him, but not for us. So the clinic, then...
no subject
Now, what sort of message should we leave them? Something that'll stir suspicion and take the groups' eyes off of us for a little while...
no subject
Hm... I think that it would be easier to stir their suspicions against the cat than each other. We could frame a message in a way to make the cat seem like it's still withholding information.
no subject
[He's liking the sound of this more and more.] Huhuhu, they know the other spirits weren't "killed" when the hosts were, so maybe we can play off of that.
no subject
Oh! If it's something simple, why don't we just do a tally of our own? Everyone depends on the cat's tally so thoroughly...
no subject
What do you think, three or four? The two could represent Austria and Naho's possessors, but then I'm not sure about picking four when there's still four of us who have yet to open our cabinets.
We're in the spotlight now... Painting an even bigger target over our backs could be dangerous, but maybe if we went larger... If we did five that would imply someone had been repossessed.

In blood? That's a dramatic touch, isn't it? What are we going to do, rub steaks on the wall? [SNICKERING...]
no subject
[He grins, poking the other man and twisting his fingertip against the skin.] I'm sure your host wouldn't mind donating to our noble cause. Kahaha!
no subject
as for that, he simply nods, still very amused-looking. he's gonna have to be a semi-babysitter for a second, though!!]
All right, all right - as long as you don't go overboard. This is going to be my body soon, after all, and I want it to be in good shape! [a bright smile!]
—Try not to be too messy, either. [he reaches up, tapping his nose.] This body has an incredible sense of smell, so he might be able to identify it if I can't clean up easily, okay? If we knock enough cleaners over, the room itself should be fine. I doubt he'll want to get close enough to the wall to smell it, anyway.
no subject
Okay, okay! I'll play nice... [He darts his tongue out to lick his lips as he softly says the words with a lopsided smile, no less wicked than before.]
I'll only mark up his legs. They're the furthest from his nose!
no subject
he seems to consider this for a second before his nose wrinkles and he shakes his head. pragmatic even when dealing with a stab-happy coworker...]
That's a hassle. As long as you don't get any blood on my clothing, I can wash things off well enough that he won't be able to pick up the scent. Just cut a hand or something, okay? Then we don't have to worry about getting blood on anything else; I can just write directly on the wall.
no subject
Feh...! Just a hand? You're no fun. [He pouts! But he seems to agree.]
no subject
Well, I'm not here to have fun, you know. I'm here to win.
no subject
Huhuhu... I don't see why we can't have a little of both. If we're going to win, we might as well have some fun while we're at it!
